Today we’d like to introduce you to Christine Elias.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
To start, I earned a fine arts degree in college. At the time, I wanted to be a Radio City Rockette in New York City, but I soon realized that wasn’t going to happen. Even though I come from a family of entrepreneurs, I chose to go into Corporate America. For nearly 15 years, I worked in sales, marketing, and business development for the commercial contracting industry. I was the “door kicker,” working to introduce companies and products to prospective customers.
There were a lot of ups and downs in the industry, and eventually, I got tired of working for someone else. I remember one experience in particular: I was working for a concrete company as the Director of Marketing. I reported to the owner of the company, and during one conversation, I began to tell him something based on “my professional opinion” — and he rolled his eyes at me! Even at this stage in my career, I still wasn’t taken seriously. Being a woman in a male-dominated industry was challenging. My father once told me, “Your face is going to get you in the door, but the only thing that will keep you there in your brain.”
Early on in my career in real estate, I learned a few important lessons. You have to be a people person. You have to have good listening skills. You have to be able to admit when you don’t know something — and then, you have to work to figure out the answer. That’s how you become a problem-solver. And as a real estate agent, I problem solve all day long! How do I get this seller’s house sold and this buyer into their new home? It’s a client-centric job that ultimately boils down to a simple piece of advice: Treat others the way you want to be treated.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING!
Christine went above and beyond to get my house sold. She got exactly what she said she could. We had our house under contract day one on the market and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. She worked fast to get us through the process so we could get our new home bought. I will recommend Christine to all my friends and family. We just love her energy and attitude throughout the entire process. Thanks, Christine!
Kim // SELLER
Christine has now sold two of my homes, helped my Ex-wife buy her new home, and is in the process of helping me buy mine now. She is professional, unbelievably hard-working, and will ensure you get the best price for a home you sell or the home you are looking to buy. I wouldn’t even consider suggesting anyone other than her. If you found this review just stop and contact her. You can thank me later. Thanks, Christine for everything!
Steve // BUYER/SELLER
Christine is the best. Moving from one state to another and having a previous bad experience I decided to be proactive and select our realtor early. I went to Realtor.com and started looking for realtors in the area we thought we wanted to live. My initial search criteria was the realtor with the highest rating. A number popped up all with 5 Star ratings so then I looked for the highest number or reviews and the highest number of homes sold, Christine was the clear leader so I gave her an introductory call. From that point forth it was easy. Christine listened to what we wanted and initially showed us around Orlando and the surrounding area to familiarize us with the various neighborhoods. We then narrowed our search criteria and during each house hunting trip Christine set up viewings of 10 or so houses. She worked tirelessly. We put in 3 or so 7+ hour days viewing houses before settling on the one we finally purchased. Once we decided to make on offer, Christine went into overdrive to secure our home, negotiate the best purchase price, schedule inspections and drive an early closing date. We could not have asked for more from her. Thank you Christine for all your efforts, much appreciated.
